Oxfordshire event hosted by Carbon
Carbon co-hosted a breakfast event for some of Oxfordshire’s most prominent property professionals.
A range of property developers, architects, estate agents, entrepreneurs and funders gathered at The Woodstock Arms prior to Christmas to compare views and experiences of the year coming to a conclusion and discuss plans for 2017.
This being the first of many events that Carbon will support or host to demonstrate its appetite to work closely with the market leaders in the affluent county. 2017 promises to see Carbon broaden its activity both in central Oxford and the surrounding towns and villages.
This activity will be spearheaded by Kirtlington resident, Stuart Bradney, who has spent 15 years funding residential developers and portfolio landlords across the UK. Stuart stated ‘We intend to to bring our wealth of knowledge and funding contacts from both London and across the continent to benefit the many well respected property operators across Oxfordshire. Through my family and charitable links to the area, I am excited by the prospect of working closely with the market leaders in Oxfordshire.
The event was also attended by Carbon’s Head of Development Finance, Tom Reynolds, commented ‘Be it a Developer or Landlord, we have a great offering that we know is valued by our clients across the region. Today’s event was about talking directly with some of those in Oxfordshire, but also with the longstanding professional services who have been pivotal in introducing such operators to us through 2016’
